2. Our role

For data about your own account and team, and for our marketing, NexCell acts as a data controller. For the enquiries, leads, contacts, and property records your agency manages inside ConneX, we act as a data processor on your instructions - your agency remains the controller of that data.

3. Data we process

• Account data: names, work emails, phone numbers, and agency details.
• Enquiry & lead data captured by the AI receptionist across calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Property, viewing, tenancy, and contract records you create.
• Compliance data where you use AML and Right-to-Rent checks.
• Usage and device data needed to run, secure, and improve the service.

4. How we use data

To provide and secure the platform, answer and route enquiries, deliver compliance and finance features, support your team, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

5. Sharing & sub-processors

We share data with vetted sub-processors that host infrastructure and power communications, payments, and compliance checks, under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. A current list is available on request.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may access, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@nexcellsolutions.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email.
